For over 20 years, I've cultivated a passion for helping students thrive. My approach centers on fostering a love for learning by building confidence, not just memorization. I adapt to individual learning styles by observing how students engage with new material and encouraging open communication about which methods resonate best. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrating small victories. Communication is essential. I provide regular updates to parents and students, building trust and reinforcing learning. As a certified teacher with a graduate degree, I specialize in Math, English, Science, and History for elementary and History for middle school students. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I am comfortable tutoring online. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I'm eager to help your child reach their full potential.
