I have 16 years professional nanny experience focusing on babies and toddlers.
I'm on the sensitive, empathetic side, and extremely intuitive with babies. I've learned a lot about wake windows and getting babies the best sleep possible.

I like to befriend other Nannies so the kids can play together. I can drive to take kids to classes or the zoo. 
My goal is to make the parent's life easier, and the child's life better. I formerly did office management-graphic arts, and then became a professional nanny after realizing how rewarding it was. Part or full-time, depending on situation.

Lisa cared for our son from 3 months to 21 months. She brings years of experience to the job and it shows in her deep knowledge about childcare. She's also very caring, attentive, and engaging with the kids she cares for. She treated our son as if he were her own child. She's very creative in cooking food for babies, and helped us introduce solids as we were first time parents. She also had a lot of advice on what baby products to get as our son grew. Our son was always happy to see her, and we never worried when she was taking care of him. Now that she's no longer our nanny, she babysits occasionally and our son is always thrilled to see her and we feel completely at ease knowing he's happy and well cared for with her.

Lisa was really great with our 7 month old for the two occasions we needed help! She’s super experienced with infants and had no problem with our baby preferring a contact nap. Would definitely recommend to other families! 

Lisa was great! We hired her to watch our 5 month old for our first night out and it went so smoothly. She was very communicative beforehand (and during) and she was very punctual. She seems to have a great amount of experience with kids in general and infants specifically, knowing a lot about wake windows and sleep schedules. We have used her several times since and she's always been wonderful

I hired Lisa to primarily care for a 9-month old baby, but also my 5-year old daughter when she was not in school. Lisa has a caring, sweet, energetic personality that absolutely loves babies. She is really nice, honest and genuine. Lisa was generous with giving advice and ideas on how to best support my children. She was constantly thinking about toys and activities to do with my children, and even bought some toys she thought the baby would have liked. She was very active with the children, and took initiative in her work. She also looked for things to do to help when the children were sleeping. She did the kids' laundry, cleaned baby items (such as the high chair), helped keep the kitchen tidy, and even cleaned out my laundry machines so that mold, dust and other irritants would not get embedded in the children's clothes. Both my children quickly felt comfortable, and then loved being cared for by Lisa. I think Lisa is a "baby whisperer"; your baby will be in good hands.

Lisa was a nanny to our daughter for 2.5 years from 10 mo to 3yo (2014-2017), and then to our son from 10mo to 2yo (2020-2021). She is an amazing caregiver for our child, and continues to be a part of their lives to this day. The trust that we have with Lisa is hard to come by. She is caring, punctual, patient, adventurous and a perfect fit for a baby or toddler. 

Lisa had many adventures with our daughter in the city, from weekly visits to the Zoo to music classes  to many a park outing and summertime swim adventures. She loves to be active with a child, and expose them to a variety of creative, independent activities. 

Lisa is great with setting routines w/an infant or toddler to manage sleep schedules, eating, etc. She handled pick-up at our daughter's preschool, transitioning to fun activities in the afternoon. And, since our daughter has a food allergy, Lisa's attentiveness to a healthy, nutritious lifestyle made for a worry-free situation.

Lisa was my daughter's nanny for several months. She was fantastic. 

Lisa started working for us for a 3-4 days per week, at approximately 8 hours per day. She quickly made herself a welcome and trusted member of the family. Her cheerful disposition was always welcome, and I always felt that my daughter was in safe and good hands whenever she was with Lisa.

I think what I liked most about Lisa was that she utterly committed to taking care of my daughter. She brought her places, sang to her, laughed with her, played with her -- she absolutely engaged with and bonded with my daughter. In addition, when my daughter was napping Lisa proved to be very helpful around the house, effortlessly and quietly taking care of certain chores. 

I'm incredibly glad Lisa was able to take care of our daughter, who immensely benefited from the experience. You would be hard-pressed to find anyone as warm and caring for your child.

Lisa was our son's nanny from 5 months to 14 months, at which point we enrolled him in full time daycare. They developed a strong connection and he would cheer when she arrived each morning. Lisa is trustworthy and ethical and we knew our son's safety was always her priority. She carefully tracked his schedule including naps, meals/snacks, and medication so that we were fully aware of how things went while he was in her care. Lisa has a particular expertise in wake windows and helped us maintain a great nap and bedtime schedule. Today our son is an excellent sleeper. Lisa also methodically researched and recommended products that were developmentally appropriate for our son.
