Lisa has been working for us since May 2015, on a part-time basis in caring for my dear friend of 83 that suffers from a multitude of medical issues including dementia. Lisa's ability to take different strategies to encourage her further are amazing. With her supportive hands-on care she has also afforded me and the family a true reprieve so that we can enjoy our lives as well. She is kind, considerate but also takes charge of the care and attention that is needed often doing more than is ever asked of her. Always professional, friendly and caring.
