I'm a heart-centered enrichment professional with a background in memory care, senior living, yoga and wellness. I love helping older adults feel connected, engaged, confident and valued-especially when they may need a little extra companionship and support in their day. I take time to get to know each person-their interests, abilities, personality and what brings them joy-and create experiences that feel natural and meaningful to them. Depending on their needs, this might include gentle movement or yoga, cognitive and sensory activities, creative engagement, conversation, music, or simply spending quality time together. I believe meaningful engagement is about so much more than keeping someone busy. It's about helping a person feel seen, heard, capable and connected. My goal is to bring warmth, purpose and a little more joy into each person's day while giving families peace of mind knowing their loved one is spending time with someone who genuinely cares.
