Lisa is kind, thoughtful, on the ball. She knows what her client needs before they do. She took excellent care of my mom, who was quite grouchy most days. Lisa could get my mom to laugh and that is saying something. Lisa arrives on time, gives regular updates, gives plenty of notice if she can't make it in due to illness.
