Making a difference in someone's life is my greatest motivation. I bring a year of experience supporting adults and seniors, and I am passionate about their well-being and independence. I am a retired elementary schoolteacher, with a year of experience in elderly care, taking care of my father before his death. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I strive to create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion. I communicate with families using their preferred method, whether it's verbal updates, texts, or phone calls. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I can assist with errands and shopping. I find immense joy in helping others live their best lives.
