My experiences in previous care roles have solidified my desire to positively impact lives through hospice services, home health, personal care, dementia support, and medical management. I hold a college degree and bring a patient, friendly, and professional approach to my work. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me, and I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following your preferred method. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
