I'm a licensed teacher with over 10 years of experience working with children from birth through age 11 -- but what families appreciate most about me isn't my degree, it's my presence. I'm calm, playful, and structured when needed. I'm very tuned in to kids' emotional worlds and adjust to who they are rather than expecting them to fit a mold. I love helping children feel capable -- whether that's learning to read, understanding math, or navigating big feelings. My background includes early childhood and special education. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time or providing focused tutoring support. My schedule is flexible, and I'm open to travel or seasonal arrangements. I'm also comfortable in pet-friendly homes and open to adding pet care for the right fit.
