About Lisa

I'd describe my personality as loving, patient and nurturing I like working with kids because I love seeing the world through their innocent eyes. I love being a positive role model and help build their self esteem. I love teaching them through play and especially enjoy being outdoors in nature. I'm looking for a job that I become a positive role model for the child and have mutual respect and understanding with the parents. I can be flexible when needed but I definitely like a set schedule as much as possible. I also like to engage the children in many activities and playgroups for socialization. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling. I love the ocean and the outdoors. One thing you should know about me is I have a big heart. My skills include being very loving and nurturing. I am a strong believer in positive reinforcement and having the children learn through play. I respect how the parents want their children cared for and always abide to their wishes and beliefs.
