Lisa cared for mom as if she were her own.   Whatever the highest praise is I give to Lisa as she was exactly what our family needed and more.

She is outstanding with the clients and works well with the family.  She is observant and patient and if in personal care situation she keeps her people active.

For critical care she is aware of medical conditions and knows what to do and who to contact if there is ever a need.  She is awesome as far as i know.  I would have her be my care giver

Lisa has been a blessing to my family and I will be sad if we ever lose her. She went into my grandmother's assisted living and reported to me everything that was happening to my grandmother. She's the reason I chose to get cameras put in. I thank her fully for that.  Also, they were only chopping my grandmother's meals and she has no teeth. Lisa knew the chef. Went to him and had him puree my grandmother's meals so she could eat them, when they told me they didn't puree meals. Now my grandmother can enjoy her meals and gain some weight. She comes up with the best crafting ideas that my 93 yr old grandmother can do at her age. My grandmother was sick yesterday. When I looked at the camera Lisa was rubbing her back and that put my grandmother at ease and she fell asleep. She is a true blessing and I know my grandmother is being taken care of when Lisa is there.  I just hope Lisa can stay with us for a long time!!!

Lisa showed up with balloons to meet my grandma when she was released from the hospital back into her Assisted Living. 
Lisa figured out quickly what needed to be done and how to do it. For example, my grandma hadn't been eating because she wasn't picking out her meals from the menu. Lisa figured out how to find and choose meals weekly. She would also stop into stores and get items and food. 
I hired Lisa for companionship for my grandma due to the fact that I live in GA and my grandma is in TX and she was very lonely. 
One night Lisa went to visit my grandma and my grandma was in bed with a headache. Lisa had her BP checked and it was nearly 200/100. The head nurse at the facility wanted to bring it down with meds but Lisa insisted on calling 911. Thank God she did because my grandma ended up in the hospital for several days and could've potentially died that night. 
I am so sad to say that Lisa has quit due to an employee at the facility having Covid. We will miss you, Lisa.

Lisa is very Dependable. She Carries a great demeanor and communication with the patient.She was very in sync with what was needed and required as far as scheduled medications, dressing, personal needs, And any additional requirements. She is the care giver I would use to measure any other care giver that I hired. This was my 1st and lasting impression of her. I would very much feel comfortable leaving my love one in her care.

Lisa is very dedicated to the individual she caring for. My Down's syndrome brother had to be in the hospital twice in the l last month. My health keeps me from being there as I would like. Lisa's presence and updates allowed me the piece of mind to know that R was being well looked after and that had all the information I needed to make decisions regarding his care. In a word, Lisa is "Great!!".
