About Lisa

I'd describe myself as kind, sincere, and caring. I like working with animals because kids & dogs are the best souls on earth. Working with kids & dogs is my happy place. I'm looking for a job that allows me flexibility. I started working with animals when I was in junior high school. My mother was the office manager for a local veterinary hospital. One winter break, I cared for two orphaned newborn pups whose mother did not survive the C-section required to deliver her babies. I lost the little girl, but Andy was survivor and was the only comfort that family had when they returned home. In my spare time, I love morning walks with my dogs. I like photography, yoga, beading, reading, travel, organizing spaces. One thing you should know about me is that I love sending photo updates when you're away from your fur baby. My skills include establishing & maintaining pack leader position, being aware of changes in behavior or routine, and prioritizing safety.
