Hi! I'm Lisa, a warm, dependable, and attentive caregiver who genuinely enjoys helping children feel safe, supported, and confident. I believe childcare should be both nurturing and engaging, with a healthy balance of structure, and creativity. I like working with kids because I enjoy seeing their personalities shine and helping them feel safe, supported, and confident. I started working with kids at age 21 and have more than 20 years of experience as a swim coach, camp counselor, after-school care provider, and classroom literacy teacher. One thing you should know about me is that I take the trust families place in me very seriously. I care for every child with patience, attentiveness, and genuine affection while respecting their individuality and their family's values and routines. My skills include calm and effective behavior management, educational and homework support, and planning creative, age-appropriate activities that keep children engaged.
