About Lisa
When I retired from school bus driving in 2018, I got a part-time pet-sitting and dog-walking job for a woman who needed someone to walk her Golden Retriever for an hour each day. They lived near a park, so I would take her there every morning. I made sure to maintain proper control of her while we were out, and I would let her play fetch and socialize with other dogs. After the walk, I would clean up after her, feed and brush her, and make sure she had fresh water. I also watered the plants while I spent another 15-20 minutes in the backyard keeping her company before or after our walk. I also administered pill form medication at times.
