I have always been involved in the schools serving the students and families so I have reinvented myself as a CNA so I can continue to serve. I am Basic Life Support certified. I received my schooling at A Plus Health Care Training in St. Charles. The directors and teachers have worked in their fields for many years and have a great passion to care for our elderly. With their passion and experience the standards of our clinical training were set very high which I am very grateful for because I also have high standards for myself and my job performance. I have worked part-time at the Holmstad in Batavia for 6 months as a CNA and my responsibilities were different for each resident. I also had the pleasure of working with a true gentleman diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in his home. My commitment level would be companionship, meal/food prep, light house keeping, errands/grocery shopping and laundry. I am NOT comfortable with pets. Please do not reach out to me if you have a pet.
