About Lisa

I am a retired electrical engineer with a love of math, reading, and learning. I have also studied piano and choral music all my life. I was the leader and accompanist of my praise band at church. I believe in empowering students to move beyond rote memorization toward genuine critical thinking. With a masters degree in electrical engineering, I specialize in helping high school, college, and adult learners master subjects ranging from Math and Science to Computer Skills and Music. I prioritize building confidence by breaking complex problems into manageable steps and connecting concepts to your personal interests. Clear communication with both you and your family remains a cornerstone of my process to ensure we meet your academic goals. Nothing brings me more joy than witnessing that "aha!" moment when an elusive concept finally clicks. I look forward to helping you reach your full potential and celebrating your progress every step of the way.
