I became a caregiver because of my passion for helping others, combined with the positive experiences I've had in previous roles. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history to build a strong connection. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I communicate with families through daily reports, regular text updates, or by following their preferred method. I have a high school degree, a car, and am comfortable with pets.
