With three years of experience providing home health, hospice, and respite care, I am passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide transportation, assist with mobility, prepare meals, manage medications, offer light housekeeping, and encourage physical activity. For those with dementia, I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I build connections by understanding your loved one's preferences and history. I keep families informed with regular text or phone call updates, as well as written daily reports. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am ready to lend a helping hand, ensuring your peace of mind, because I believe everyone deserves to live comfortably and with dignity.
