I have been a nanny for multiple families over the years, from newborn to teenager. The longest being 15 years for one family starting with one at 9 months old and ending with 2 teenagers. My present position is 4 years starting with an infant who is now 4 years old and a toddler. My number one priority is to keep the kids safe, fed and clean. I love taking care of children, I like reading to them, playing games with them and taking them for walks, I enjoy doing arts and crafts with them as well as playdates. Teaching them to have good manners is also part of my job. Their overall happiness and safety is very important to me as well as helping them to meet their milestones. Making sure they learn their colors, ABCs and can count gives me great pride. I am also very patient and kind and care about their wellbeing.

This review comes from someone who has worked with Lisa for approximately 16 years. I would be more than happy to speak with you if you are considering Lisa as your childcare provider. Lisa began working with our family when my daughter was 9 months old, shortly after I had to terminate a previous childcare provider after only three months. As you can imagine, I was hesitant to jump back into hiring another nanny. However, hiring Lisa was the best decision that my husband and I could have made. She only called in sick a very small handful of times over the 16 year time period, making it to work through snow storms and more. Two years into working with her, I had another child, a boy. Throughout the years of working with our family, Lisa was always able to adjust whether working with the kids as babies, toddlers, tweens or teens. She would take them to school and was always on time picking them up. Both of my children have been successful beyond my expectations I owe that in part to Lisa’s support and care.
