I have 4 years of experience with children ages 5 months to 12 years. This includes experience for children with ADHD, behavioral challenges, and adoptive children. My approach aligns with Gentle Parenting and Montessori teachings. For the younger ones, I have experience with transitioning to solids and supporting them through major milestones (rolling over, pulling up, walking, etc). For toddlers and above, I enjoy playing outside, doing arts and crafts, sing with the kiddos, and finding local activities to bring the kids to. I am CPR & First Aid Certified, a non-smoker, have a college degree, and have my own transportation. I am available to help with cooking and cleaning as they pertain to the care of the children. Our 1yo son has tremendous separation anxiety, and Lisa was the only nanny ( amongst 3) who was able to work with him consistently to get him to a point where we could work with ease. She is punctual, trustworthy, open to new ideas, always checks in with you, consistent- and will not give up if faced with a difficult situation. Recommend her highly, would absolutely re-hire in future.
