About Lisa

I moved to College Station from San Antonio after getting married. Prior to this I was a social studies and special education teacher for two major school districts in San Antonio. Prior to this I worked in child development centers as a lead, infant toddler and preschool teacher for over 15 years. I also have over 20 years of babysitting and pet-sitting experience. I am certified in first aid and CPR. What makes me good with children is my ability to connect with them on their level and break things down in ways in which they learn. Every child's learning style is different, and I tend to key into what works for them as an individual. I have a huge passion for children and believe that the best way to help them be successful is by challenging them to grow and develop into confident individuals. I look forward to working with your family and helping your children by encouraging and nurturing them so that they may reach their full potential.
