Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for every day. With three years of experience in adult and senior care, I'm passionate about providing compassionate support to those who need it. I'm patient, detail-oriented, and always prioritize understanding my client's preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with empathy. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, prepare meals, manage medications, offer mobility assistance, and encourage physical activity. I'm also a home health aide. I communicate with families through daily reports, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I have some college education, and I am CPR and First Aid certified.
