I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or behavioral changes, especially with memory care needs. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with personal care, manage light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through written reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building connections.
