I have 30 yrs of experience helping families, I'm skilled at creating a safe, nurturing environment where kids can learn, play, & thrive. I'm patient & calm. I believe in open communication w/ parents to ensure their children's needs are met. I love helping children develop and learn. I use the principles from my TBRI certification (Trust Based Relational Intervention) to build healthy connections & a balance between nurture & structure. I believe strongly in both physical & emotional development & safety. My previous careers were as a treatment specialist for a juvenile court in a placement unit & a parent/caregiver coach. I was formerly a Girl Scout leader & soccer coach for my daughters (who are now 25 & 27) I also held various positions in their schools to support them & other families.
