I have worked with seniors for 28 years in long term care . I have worked with dementia / alzheimer's and hospice patients. I maintain independence and privacy, especially during sensitive tasks like bathing or toileting. I do activities tailored to your loved one's past interests-like music, puzzles, or storytelling-to boost mood and slow cognitive decline or for companionship. I absolutely love helping and taking care of the elderly . My goal is to focus on providing excellent 1:1 care. Working in a facility , we are never able to provide the time and care that are elderly deserve. With all my skills and experience , I will be able to provide this . I am an honest , reliable , dependable, hard working and a kind , patient person . I can provide referrals upon request.
