Lisa is a loving nanny with years of relevant experience. She worked with our family full time for 14 months, taking care of our daughter from the age of 2 months to 16 months during the challenging time of Covid. We had a change in our personal situation and could no longer employ Lisa. Lisa has strong knowledge of infant / toddler development and critical milestones, which she tracked and focused on during her time with us. She helped us establish a consistent sleep and feeding schedule, which made all of our lives easier. Despite the challenges of Covid and limitations on usual social activities, Lisa maintained a fun and varied routine that got our daughter out of the house whenever possible, and allowed us to work from home without missing a beat. Most important, Lisa is a truly caring and loving person, which carried over into everything she did with our daughter. We always knew our daughter was in safe and loving hands with Lisa, and we will miss her.
