I am also here to help you and your family adjust to post partum as you get ready to return to work, etc. Please know that I will be fully present and nurturing with your little one when we meet. While I will do my BEST to meet your expectations on naps, but may hold your baby to sleep and while napping, if they need to be held. There is no cry it out. If there are scheduled feedings/mealtimes, I might discussing amending them with you if your growing baby is showing signs of increasing hunger or thirst. This might mean having formula on hand in case breast milk runs out. I am so excited to meet you and to help any way I can!
