I have always loved being with elderly people. Recently, I was a companion-caregiver for a disabled woman who is in her late 60s. Though she was a client, she became a friend. My time with her included everything, except nursing care, that she needed me to do. Some of the tasks I did for her include shopping, meal prep, cleaning, driving her to appointments, helping her organize for her move, and providing companionship. The only reason I no longer work for her is because I moved out of state.
