10+ years experience caring for the elderly and helping them with their many challenges, which include cerebral palsy, COPD, cancer, and Alzheimer's. Early in my career I worked in Cardiovascular Medicine and was later trained as an EMT and was state certified. The last few years were spent caring for my mother with mobility issues, later dementia and hospice, end-of-life. Will provide companionship, personal assistance, cooking, light housework, and other day-to-day tasks. Being a caregiver is a role I fell into naturally which is why I would like to pursue it as a full-time career. It would be rewarding to put my skills to use and help you and your family take care of your loved one.
