About LiRik

Hi! I'm Li'Rik, and I am a Certified Early Childhood Educator. I have currently worked with age Birth-Five years for over 10 years! I am certified in CPR, Food Health and Safety, Medication Administration, and a Certified Mandated Reporter. My main goal is to always provide a warm, nurturing and positive environment. I strive to gain a connection with each individual child so they can trust me and always feel loved! Another important goal of mine is to gain the trust of the family by communication and daily updates for each child. I love to integrate arts, crafts, and outdoor activities into my learning plans. When it comes to curriculum, I integrate these five key disciplines for inquiry based learning; S. T. E. A. M. Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. I do so by creating fun ways for children to excel so they can enjoy learning as much as they love playing. I am committed to fostering children's development and readiness for future educational challenges
