About Linsey

Hi! I'm an educator with over five years of experience teaching ESL and a Master's in Education from Boston University. I also studied psychology and Spanish for my undergraduate degree, where I played collegiate soccer. I bring a patient, engaging, and supportive approach to tutoring, with a strong focus on language development, academic confidence, and personalized learning. I'm fluent in English and Spanish, love working with students of all ages, and am currently looking for summer tutoring opportunities as the school year comes to a close. I'd describe my personality as kind, outgoing, and reliable. I like tutoring because it gives me the opportunity to work one on one or in small groups to help students meet their individualized learning goals. I started tutoring when I was in college. I worked for a youth program in upstate New York. In my spare time, I like to run, walk, and take workout classes. I also love to read on the beach.
