I have assisted clients with personal care, medication reminders, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, mobility support, & transportation. I am patient, attentive, & trustworthy, creating a safe and supportive environment. I build relationships w/ clients & their families. I approach each day with kindness. I don't have any certifications but have cared for many elderly people in my career. I am currently enrolled in school for Mind Body Wellness, Clinical Hypnotherapy, & taking practical courses to be an End Of Life Doula. I utilize art therapy to provide improved cognitive function, mood regulation, stress reduction, pain management, & self-expression.
