Caring for seniors is more than a job for me; it's a calling rooted in the love I have for older adults, especially since my grandmother raised me. For the past 10 years, I've worked in the caregiving industry. I'm known for my positive and approachable nature, always finding the bright side. I maintain open communication with families through daily logs, phone calls, or face-to-face conversations. Building trust with care recipients is essential. I allow them time to feel comfortable with me, listen to their stories, and learn about who they are. I have experience with individuals experiencing memory care needs, including dementia and hospice care. I adapt to their changing needs with sensitivity and care. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I am certified in CPR and First Aid.
