I'm a compassionate and experienced caregiver with a strong background supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, developmental, and learning disabilities. As a former teacher, I worked closely with students of diverse abilities, creating inclusive environments tailored to their individual learning and emotional needs. My teaching experience gave me a deep understanding of structure, patience, and the power of positive, consistent support. In addition to my time in the classroom, I also worked as a Behavior Technician, where I implemented Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques with children on the autism spectrum. This role strengthened my skills in behavior management, communication, and individualized care planning. I learned how to read nonverbal cues, reinforce positive behaviors, and help children build skills in a supportive and respectful way.
