Unfortunately have had the same experience as the previous review. We hired her for what was meant to be a longterm position but for various reasons she kept cancelling very last minute then expressed concern she wasn’t strong enough to pick up a baby, which is fine, but good to know in advance of hiring to specifically care for a baby. Her communication was excellent at first but tapered off so it was very difficult from a parent’s perspective to know what was going on. She seemed very sweet and well-spoken during her interview, and I’d like to give her the benefit of the doubt, but it didn’t work out for us.
