Putting your child's future in mind is always important. If I'm your childcare provider, my everyday goal is fun and safety. Hands-on activities that bring out creativity and exploration and new skill is always great to involve the kids in. Playing outside or inside, puzzles, music and dancing, and overall learning. Teaching them to be kind and respectful are important to me. I don't just supervise your children, I engage with them but also allow room for them to entertain themselves and let them grow into their own. I'm an artist so my schedule is very flexible. I do look for part time work under 27 hrs a week.

Lindsey was a great nanny for my two kids, ages 1 and 3. I loved how she encouraged my 3 year old to be independent and self sufficient. She keyed on to their interested and encouraged my son's love of bugs and stickers. She was an open communicater and was always clear about any schedule conflicts. She was easy to get along with and I trusted her to drive my kids to the library and the park. I would encourage anyone who needs a nanny to hire her.
