W/ over 10 years of hands-on experience in child care, I bring a deep sense of commitment, energy, & attentiveness to every family I work w/. I've had the joy of helping raise my three nephews, giving me firsthand experience managing the dynamic needs of multiple young children simultaneously. Throughout high school & college, I regularly babysat for families, & those experiences further solidified my passion for working w/ children. I'm an active, engaged caregiver who doesn't hesitate to get down on the floor, jump into imaginative play, or explore the outdoors right alongside the children. I strongly believe that education is key to a child's success; always strive to create enriching, stimulating environments. Incorporating age-appropriate learning activities into everyday play. Encouraging curiosity & critical thinking in fun, natural ways to support the child's development, Socially, emotionally, & intellectually while also being a dependable support system for their parents.
