I have worked and cared for the elderly for 27 years. I started at 18 years old, working as a nurse aide in the hospital on the med-surg floor. A brief summary of my last 3 clients... 1. I was a live-in weekend caregiver for a sweet 95 yr old southern woman who suffered from short-term memory loss. 2. I was a weekend live-in caregiver for a retired college professor whom I cared for until his passing . 3. a wonderful Southern lady named Ms. Margaret, whom I cared for Monday thru Friday. I have contacts for each family for references.
