Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential has been my primary focus for the past 16 years. As a certified teacher experienced in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504), I prioritize building confidence over simple memorization. I assess your child's unique learning style through active listening and by adapting my methods--whether through visual aids, hands-on activities, or collaborative discussions--to ensure the material truly clicks. I keep students engaged by connecting complex concepts to their personal interests and breaking challenges into manageable, rewarding steps. Clear communication with families is vital to me, as it fosters the trust necessary for academic growth. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a new skill is the most rewarding part of my work.
