About Lindsey

Hi! I'm Lindsey, a compassionate veterinary technician with more than 13 years of professional animal-care experience. I worked in veterinary hospitals throughout New York City and Westchester County and most recently in veterinary surgery here in Raleigh. My medical background allows me to provide a higher level of care than traditional pet sitting. I understand animal behavior and body language and can recognize signs of fear, pain, illness, or distress. I am trained to triage pets and respond appropriately to concerning changes or emergencies. I am especially experienced with senior, sick, special-needs, and post-operative pets. I can administer oral and topical medications, insulin injections, and subcutaneous fluids and assist with feeding and mobility. I also have two pets of my own a senior dog and a young cat. I will follow your pet's routine carefully, provide updates, and treat them with patience, compassion, and love.
