After two weeks with no reply to my messages, I said that I would file a review complaint if she didn't respond. Then she finally responded, by saying that she is busy taking care of her aunt and too busy to even spend five seconds replying to a message-plus she is so busy that she has no available time to help anyone else at all (yet she is still advertising herself on this website, as if she is available).
