Hi, I'm Lindsey! As a trained postpartum doula, I'm here to support your family with the kind of care I know makes all the difference in those early days. Whether that's staying overnight so you can actually get some sleep, helping you feel comfortable and confident with feeding, or simply being an extra set of loving hands with your newborn, my goal is to take the pressure off so you can enjoy this special season. I show up with encouragement, calm, and practical help so you don't have to do it all on your own. I have experience with feeding support, newborn care education, lactation support, sleep support, overnight care, colic, GERD, high-needs babies, swaddling, bathing, light meal prep, light housework, sibling support, partner support, and perinatal mood disorders.
