I'm a nurturing, experienced, and passionate childcare provider with a genuine love for fostering children's growth and development. My experience includes three years of providing reliable and responsible care for children of various ages, from infants to 5-6-year-olds. I also have a son who just turned 6! I believe in creating a safe and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow. I'm known for my patience, creativity, and friendly approach, which allows me to connect easily with children and build trusting relationships with them. When it comes to communication with parents, I believe in open and regular dialogue. I provide verbal updates at pickup and send text or phone call updates throughout the day, always respecting the parents' preferred communication method. I prioritize following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and routines, ensuring that the children are cared for in a consistent manner.
