We had Lindsay over for an interview for a nanny position for our daughter. She was engaging, punctual, bright, and seemed very interested and capable. We ultimately decided to go with another caregiver based on reasons having nothing to do with Lindsay, and I feel comfortable saying she'd make an amazing nanny for a family with young children.
