Making a positive difference in the lives of seniors is my calling. For nearly 20 years, I have supported older adults in maintaining their independence, dignity, and well-being. With a degree in Gerontology and extensive hands-on experience, I provide compassionate, knowledgeable care tailored to each individual. I create a calm, safe environment where seniors feel respected and supported. I am patient and adaptable during changes in routine or moments of confusion, and I'm skilled in gentle redirection and de-escalation. I am CPR certified and prioritize safety at all times. I assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and ongoing communication with families. With experience in assisted living and skilled nursing, I can also help families navigate care decisions as needs evolve.
