About Lindsay

I am a dedicated childcare provider with over 10 years of experience working with children of all ages. I spent four years as an Ed Tech, supporting students in the classroom and working with a wide range of academic and behavioral needs. I also have residential care experience, including supporting children with special needs, which strengthened my patience, flexibility, and ability to provide individualized care. In addition, I worked as a teacher for about a year, where I planned lessons and created a structured, supportive environment. I bring a balance of fun, creativity, and clear expectations to my work. I am passionate about creating a safe, engaging space where children can learn, grow, and feel valued, while building strong, trusting relationships with families.
