About Lindsay

My name is Lindsay and I am apreschool teacher and professional babysitter. I recently moved to Raleigh from Oakland California and I am excited to meet and work with families in the area. I have been working professionally with children for over 10 years. I am a creative, silly, caring, caregiver who loves following children's lead in their personal development and interests. As a teacher, I use my educated and experienced eye to observe children's development, extend their process, and communicate with families about the learning that is happening. I love incorporating nature, expressive art, games, adventures, and inclusivity in my time with children. I also believe in following the child's lead while supporting their emotional, cognitive, and physical development. I enjoy going on walks, driving to an adventure, or simply playing at home. I have experience with ages 0 to 15, supporting children with special needs, and providing overnight care. I look forward to meeting with you.
