About Lindsay

I'm a calm, patient, and empathetic caregiver with a BA in Media Arts (minor in Theatre and Digital Media) from UGA. I have years of childcare experience caring for infants, substitute teaching middle schoolers and working with children with special needs. I've volunteered to improve literacy by reading to first graders in the mornings before my corporate job. I took years of Spanish in HS and at university so I can incorporate or help with beginner Spanish. My child care approach is to create a safe, warm, and creative space where kids can learn and grow. I focus on a calm yet playful atmosphere through activities like music (I'm a musician), beginner chess, story time, baking and cooking, arts and crafts, and playing their favorite imaginative games with them. I'm available for PT or FT work and can assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, and school pickups.
