About Lindsay

I'm friendly, compassionate, and engaging. It's rewarding to support children's development and interests. I embrace the challenges and aim for fun. I want to support a family who will use my vast knowledge and experience. I value good communication, boundary management, and clear expectations. I started babysitting when I was 12. I've worked in childcare centers, as a nanny, a doula, and as a Family Advocate. I love to walk my dog, dance, sing, camp, swim, bike, read. I love the outdoors and spending time with friends and family. I utilize developmentally appropriate practices, emergent curriculum, positive discipline, and community engagement. I can quickly connect with children and parents. I've robust knowledge and experience in child development, learning, and behavior. I have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
