About Lindsay

I'd describe my personality as being patient, attentive to needs and being good at anticipating needs and a good listener. I like caring for seniors because I genuinely enjoy helping people, and from having the privilege of caring for my Nanaw while she was living with dementia that taught and directed my path. I'm looking for a job that helps both the family and the patient by bringing in both support, care and knowledge from the skill sets I have, of full scope medical management, experience with patients with dementia, autism, psychosis disorder and serious health issues, medication, meal/nutrition, cleanliness/ hygiene care, pain care, clear and communication with the family and communicating the needs of the patient. I am very patient and my goal is always to be a calming presence for the patient and make them feel safe and cared for.
