About Lindsay

I've been working with kids for about 15 years in a variety of settings, from long-term nannying to more day-to-day support for families. I really enjoy building real relationships with the kids I work with and creating an environment where they feel comfortable, supported, and can just be themselves. I have a bachelor's degree in microbiology and am currently pursuing my MSW, which has shaped how I approach childcare in a thoughtful, patient, and developmentally aware way. I'm CPR/First Aid trained, have my own car, and am comfortable helping with things like meals, errands, and keeping a steady routine. I also have active families I work with who are happy to provide references. Overall, I'm very reliable, easy to communicate with, and someone who shows up consistently for both the kids and the parents.
